Bargaining Update August 28, 2024

As of the end of the day, Tuesday, August 27, 2024, talks continued with some movement, but we remain far apart from the Member’s demands and the company’s current economic proposal.

Both UAW President Fain and Director Green are aware of our status in negotiations and have been steadfast in their support and assistance.

There are many questions from the membership about what would occur if a Tentative Agreement is not reached. I would refer to the following website:

September 1st at 12:01 a.m. is when our current contract officially expires.

Flex N Gate Detroit, UAW Local 155 are approaching the end of their contract and are currently in negotiations.
